THE TRAVELS

An evening walk through the immediate surroundings, the Democracy Monument, the Buddhist temple of Wat Ratchanaddaram, the slender towers of Wat Pho, the narrow streets along the canal – we are enchanted and look forward to getting to know the city in more detail.
We spend the next few days visiting Wat Pho, the Temple of the Reclining Buddha, and Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Boat trips on the Chao Phraya River, a walk through Chinatown, the flower market and the alleys of our district.
