BLES is the so-called elephant sanctuary, a privately run place where sick animals are helped to survive. It was founded 20 years ago by a young English woman who is now – still young – a woman in her forties and mother of five children. There are currently 9 elephants in their sanctuary. For three days we observe these extraordinary animals, both during their treatment and in nature.

Kate ensures that the days are varied and that a very family atmosphere is created; We meet her children and her partner, in the evening we play party games together and on the last evening we all have a picnic together at a water reservoir, accompanied by two other friends-employees. There is a great atmosphere, everything is served with homemade vodka 😂
